SCHOLARSHIPS

You can support today’s generation of UC Communication students by making a contribution to one of our departmental scholarship funds or to the Communication Forum Fund.

LISA H. NEWMAN SCHOLARSHIP

Awarded to sophomore Communication majors based on GPA and participation in student organizations.

LUCILLE PEDERSON SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is awarded to Communication majors based on interest in interpersonal communication.

RUDOLPH & KATHLEEN VERDERBER CHALLENGE SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is awarded to Communication majors based on academic success and demonstrated leadership on and off-campus.

FRANK J. JONES SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is awarded to senior Communication majors based primarily on GPA

ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Awarded to Communication-based majors based on GPA and evidence of the student working to support their education.

COMMUNICATION

FORUM FUND

The Communication Forum Fund was established in 1969 to support activities that improve Communication student success in the classroom and beyond. Today, Communication Forum is the fund that supports activities of the Friends of Communication Alumni group.
